We completely understand that it’s natural to have second thoughts sometimes after placing an order. However, in most cases, our items are made especially for you once your order is confirmed. We don’t hold large amounts of pre-made stock—instead, we create each piece to order as part of our commitment to reducing waste and being more sustainable.
Because of this, we're not usually able to accept returns simply due to a change of mind. These made-to-measure items are considered personalized or custom-made, which means they’re generally exempt from the standard "cooling-off" period that applies to most online purchases.
If there’s ever an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, we’ll of course take full responsibility and handle it at our expense. Should a return be agreed upon, please know that our items are shipped from various fulfillment centers around the world. Once you’ve reached out to us through our email system, we’ll guide you on how to return your specific package.
We truly appreciate your understanding that we’re not able to offer exchanges for items that don’t have a defect, including cases where the wrong size was ordered. Each piece is made to order based on the specifications you provide, and we include detailed size guides on every product page to help you make the best choice before purchasing.

At Fuel the Passion, every product is made to order, just for you. This means that items are not held in stock – they are produced and fulfilled by our trusted manufacturing partner once your order is placed.
1. Made-to-Order & Personalised Items
Because each item is printed individually to your chosen design, size, and colour, your order is classed as a custom-made product under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please check sizing guides and product details carefully before placing your order.
2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at fuelthepassion.dt@gmail.com with:

A brief description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including postage where applicable) as quickly as possible.
3. Colour & Print Variations
Minor differences in print colour, placement, or appearance may occur due to the print-on-demand production process. These are not considered manufacturing faults.
