We completely understand that it’s natural to have second thoughts sometimes after placing an order. However, in most cases, our items are made especially for you once your order is confirmed. We don’t hold large amounts of pre-made stock—instead, we create each piece to order as part of our commitment to reducing waste and being more sustainable.

Because of this, we're not usually able to accept returns simply due to a change of mind. These made-to-measure items are considered personalized or custom-made, which means they’re generally exempt from the standard "cooling-off" period that applies to most online purchases.

If there’s ever an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, we’ll of course take full responsibility and handle it at our expense. Should a return be agreed upon, please know that our items are shipped from various fulfillment centers around the world. Once you’ve reached out to us through our email system, we’ll guide you on how to return your specific package.

We truly appreciate your understanding that we’re not able to offer exchanges for items that don’t have a defect, including cases where the wrong size was ordered.
