The Season Begins | Aston Martins at Elvington Airfield

The 2026 season begins at Elvington Airfield and it’s time to start the engines!

Join me as I take the Fuel the Passion Vantage to one of the first events of the year, surrounded by a mix of Aston Martins, performance cars, drag machines and some truly unusual builds.

In this short film, we take a closer look a recently re-sprayed orange Aston Martin Vantage (2020) similar to my own FTP Vantage, alongside the rare Aston Martin GT8, one of just 150 cars ever made. Things get a little more raw, with cars that look straight out of a Mad Max-style workshop, plus a few moments of cars stretching their legs down the runway. It may be a short visit, but it captures that feeling perfectly, the start of the season, the sound of engines returning, and the simple joy of being around cars again.
