Across the Finish Line
These championships have concluded. From title-winning campaigns to breakthrough victories, here are the Aston Martin moments to remember.
International GT Open
Charles Bateman secured the Pro-Am drivers’ title in the #97 Vantage GT3 Evo, finishing on 99 points — three clear of Alexander Fach. Four class victories and a determined Barcelona recovery completed the championship campaign.
British GT Championship
Daniel Lavery and Darren Turner secured the GT4 drivers’ title with Grange Racing with FSR. Their Aston Martin campaign finished level on 143.5 points with MK Racing’s Will Orton and Jessica Hawkins, with the title decided on countback.
Michelin Le Mans Cup
Philipp Sager won the GT3 drivers’ championship with 100 points in the #10 Aston Martin Vantage. Racing Spirit of Léman also secured the GT3 teams’ title, with Valentin Hasse-Clot playing a major role in the campaign.
IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship
The #68 Vantage claimed GTD PRO victory at the finale, while the #23 Valkyrie finished fifth overall. Aston Martin ended the season as GTD manufacturers’ runner-up.
DTM
Nicki Thiim delivered Aston Martin’s first DTM victory with Comtoyou Racing, then won again the following day to complete a memorable Norisring double for the Vantage GT3.
GT World Challenge Europe · Sprint Cup
Arthur Dorison and Oliver Söderström took the #21 Comtoyou Racing Aston Martin to Silver Cup victory in Race 2 at Zandvoort, adding a class win to the Vantage’s European sprint campaign.
GT World Challenge Europe · Endurance Cup
The #56 Ecurie Ecosse Blackthorn Vantage finished 31st overall and sixth in Bronze Cup at the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa, completing 529 laps in a significant endurance milestone for the team.

FTP Pit Stop Notes: DOUBLE RETIREMENT FOR ASTON MARTIN IN MEXICO

Aston Martin’s Mexico City Grand Prix ended after just five completed laps, with Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll both retiring following power-unit problems, leaving the team on seven championship points.
While Kimi Antonelli secured his first Formula 1 world title, Aston Martin faces a quick turnaround before the São Paulo Grand Prix on 6th–8th November, with reliability central to its hopes of a stronger weekend.

FTP Pit Stop Notes: BLACKTHORN SEAL PRO-AM CHAMPIONSHIP GLORY!

Blackthorn Racing are celebrating after Charles Bateman secured the 2026 International GT Open Pro-Am title in a nail-biting Barcelona finale.
Early drama for the #97 Aston Martin left Bateman and Henrique Chaves facing a tense recovery, but they fought back to secure the points needed to finish the season on top. Fuel the Passion was there with the team, capturing the tension and celebrations as the championship was decided.

FTP Pit Stop Notes: WEC – VALKYRIE SCORES AT BARCELONA AS HEART OF RACING ENDURES DIFFICULT RACE

Aston Martin's Valkyrie showed further promise at the 6 Hours of Barcelona, with the #009 finishing ninth to secure another Hypercar points result. The sister #007 demonstrated encouraging pace throughout practice, but an early excursion into the barriers and a subsequent technical issue brought its race to a premature end.
In LMGT3, Heart of Racing endured a frustrating afternoon following its recent victory at COTA and podium finish at Fuji. The #23 Vantage finished tenth, while the #27 recovered from a gravel-trap incident to finish sixteenth, ending its recent run of strong results.
With just one round remaining, Aston Martin now turns its attention to the WEC season finale at Monza on 8th November, looking to build on Valkyrie's growing competitiveness.
